Questions before you start
Do I need the Virtual Office to use Virtual Hirix?
No. Chat, DMs, threads, events and integrations work without it, free for unlimited members. Add the office when your team wants a place to meet.
Who needs an office seat?
Anyone who enters the office. The owner's admin seat comes with the Virtual Office; everyone else needs a Staff seat ($2 a month) or an Admin seat ($3 a month). Members who only use chat need no seat.
How do guest links work?
Guest access is $1 a month per workspace for unlimited links. Each link has a timer of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day or 7 days, and when it runs out its guests are removed automatically.
What do the AI agents cost?
The CRM Agent is $19 a month with 300 contact searches, the Meeting Agent is $24 with 20 notetaker hours, and the Product Agent is $19. Subscribing hires the agent; cancelling pauses it and keeps its data.
